SGA Officers

Sachal Denney is a senior Finance major on the pre-law track and is from Carrollton, Georgia. This will be his second year on the Executive Board and his third year involved with SGA. In his free time, Sachal enjoys reading, watching movies, and playing tennis, and he has been a member of the Berry Investment Group since he was a freshman. After graduation, he plans on attending law school to pursue a career as an attorney. Sachal is thrilled to be serving as President of the Executive SGA team and to meet new people this year.

Anna Yard is a junior Biochemistry major with minors in Biology, Business, and Creative Technology from Normal, Illinois. She is on a pre-dental path with hopes of becoming an oral surgeon. Anna is serving on the 2024-2025 executive board as Vice President and is very excited to serve the student body. Anna is a Leadership and Service Fellows scholar at Berry and is involved in the Allied Health Club as well as the American Chemical Society. She enjoys spending time with friends and being outside as much as possible. Anna has served as a class officer for the Class of 2026 and was the 2023-2024 Executive Secretary. She is excited to be involved with the SGA Executive Board this year and to work with the student body to make the Berry community welcoming and inclusive for each student.

Daniel Argueta is a junior Exercise Science major with a minor in Biology. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, but was raised in Calhoun, Georgia. He currently serves as the Director of Finance for 2024-2025 and has previously held the position of Vice President for the Class of 2026 for two years. Daniel is excited for the opportunity to serve his student body in any way he can.

Kaylin Rezek is a sophomore Communication major concentrating in Public Relations, with a minor in Mathematics, and is from Birmingham, Alabama. She is involved with Rome Floyd County Young Life and works at a camp over the summer, which she has adored since she was a young girl. Kaylin is also involved in the Inclusive Post-Secondary Education (IPSE) program. Throughout her SGA experience, Kaylin has worked progressively with her peers to create a positive and communal environment for everyone at Berry. Kaylin is an all-around people person who enjoys making new friends and memories, and she is excited to be a part of the 2024-2025 Executive Student Government team.
