Ava Buelow

I’m a junior Exercise Science and Biology double major with a minor in Chemistry, on the pre-Physician’s Associate track. Weightlifting is a huge interest of mine, and my favorite food is salmon. My philosophy is that no food is bad food and that anything can have a place in your diet. I love to help people gain an understanding of food positivity, and I’m super interested in helping those who are looking to lose weight and/or engage in a cut-bulk cycle.

Molly Heath

I am a senior exercise science major with minors in psychology and strength and conditioning, on the pre-physical therapy track. My favorite food is sushi. I am on the swim team and enjoy weightlifting, so I have a huge passion for helping athletes learn to fuel properly to perform their best at their sport. However, I love helping anyone learn how to eat to feel their best and improve their confidence and knowledge around food.

John Drury

I am a senior exercise science major with a minor in chemistry. I plan on entering into the field of dietary sciences in chemical research. I play ultimate frisbee for the berry bucks, and I lift weights quite often. I used to live with a very unhealthy diet and inactive lifestyle so I have a knack for helping people get their fitness on track and improving their relationships with nutrition and weight management.

Ella Duke

I am a junior Exercise Science major with a minor in Chemistry, Spanish, and Biology on the pre-Physician’s Associate track. My favorite food is anything Mexican. I have been a pescatarian for over nine years now and have been around vegan/vegetarian food for a long time! Working out and spending time outside are huge interests of mine. I'm super interested in helping people meal plan/ figure out healthy diets for not only vegetarians and vegans but also meat lovers.

Olivia Lambert

I am a sophomore exercise science major. My favorite snack is pumpkin seeds. I am on the cross country and track team and enjoy cross-training to build strength. Nutrition plays a huge role in running and exercise so I would love to help people view food as fuel that can improve their performance.

Quanah Martin

I’m a junior exercise science major with minors in biology and religion. My interests include anything outdoors and my favorite food is anything that's barbecued. I'm also really interested in helping people make healthier food choices to reach their goals without sacrificing the foods that they enjoy.
