Summer Research

Summer research programs provide opportunities for students to immerse themselves in an intensive research experience, and for faculty to mentor students in research and develop research-based course experiences for students. Berry offers the Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) program, which supports students in faculty-mentored research through the LifeWorks program.  Faculty are also supported in this program through a summer stipend. Faculty can also apply for a stipend to develop integrated research experiences into their courses (CURE). The OUR also helps students plan for summer research off-campus. If you need help identify summer research opportunities, request an appointment with us.
