Viking Fusion recognized in regional Student Production Awards

Berry College’s student-run multimedia website, Viking Fusion, was recognized in multiple categories by the Southeast Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.  

The Student Production Awards recognize the best video production in 23 programming and craft categories for both high school and college divisions.  

Viking Fusion received the following recognition in the college division:  

  • Winner – Arts & Entertainment: “Film War”
  • Winner – Sports: “Senior Football Spotlight” by Allie Pritchett
  • Winner – Photographer: Eric Jackson and Chris Scott, “Me and My Camera”
  • Honorable Mention – General Assignment Light News: “Students run community garden” by Madelin Ryan
  • Honorable Mention – Arts & Entertainment: “Wireless Fidelity”
  • Honorable Mention – Short Form Fiction: “Ay, Mi Amor”
  • Honorable Mention – Long Form Fiction: “Pretending”
  • Honorable Mention – Long Form Fiction: “Imperia”
  • Honorable Mention – Director: Ryan Warrick, “Jude”
  • Honorable Mention – Director: Eric Jackson and Chris Scott, “Me and My Camera”
  • Honorable Mention – Editor: Ryan Warrick, “Jude”
  • Honorable Mention – Photographer: Ryan Warrick, “Jude”
