Berry Hosting World Music Festival Saturday

Berry College is hosting its annual World Music Festival starting at 1 p.m. Saturday (April 2.)         

This year, the festival will feature Native American drumming and dancing, a Korean martial arts demonstration, belly dancing, a fire dancer and much more. The festival will start at 1 p.m. with the Drake School of Irish Dance and the final performance will be at 10 p.m. by Ogya, an African and Caribbean music group.  

A number of vendors will also be at the festival including Artistic Edge Tattoo and Art Collective, Beyond Your Ears II, the Native American Preservation Association of Georgia, Bird Chopper native American Arts and Crafts and Elysium. Kaleido-Sno, Speakcheesy and Curly Q’s BBQ will be available.
